More About Dr. Kacmarcik

Born and raised in Delaware, Dr. Kaz graduated with honors from St. Mark's High School in 1987. He attended the University Of Delaware and graduated in 1991 with a B.A. in Marketing. His desire to become a dentist took him next to the University Of Maryland at Baltimore Dental School. After completing Dental School he returned home to complete a General Practice Residency at the Medical Center of Delaware, now known as Christiana Care.

Dr. Kaz is a member of the ADA, Delaware State Dental Society, and The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is a member of the Brandywine Study Club and is a Past President of the Delaware Practice Management Group. Dr. Kaz is also a Master of the Academy of General Dentistry. This is the Academy's highest award and Dr. Kaz was only the fifth dentist in Delaware to ever receive the award.

Dr. Kaz is also committed to continuing education. He has successfully completed advanced courses in both cosmetic and neuromuscular dentistry at LVI, the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Dr. Kaz is an LVI dentist.

Even with his busy practice, Dr. Kaz manages to share quality time with his family and stay very active in his community. Dr. Kaz and his wife Kerri make great use of Carousel Park and can be seen there frequently with their three children. Dr. Kaz also enjoys his many athletic pursuits. He is an instructional coach for the Hockessin Soccer Club, an avid runner, mountain biker and golfer. He has competed in several triathlons and over 10 marathons including the Boston Marathon twice! If that weren't enough, he also cools off every year at the Lewes Polar Bear Plunge.
